Why choose Activ8 Mind over the others...
-
Choose your specialty (or don't). Build a tailored caseload, psychosocial disability, degenerative conditions, forensic , young people, or a diverse mix - whatever plays to your strengths.
-
Genuine flexibility. Manage your own calendar across our Salisbury and/or Unley offices, or work from home. You decide where you need to be.
-
A realistic ramp-up. No unrealistic caseload from day one. KPIs build gradually as you settle into the role.
-
A clear path forward. Structured support to grow into seniority and specialisation - e.g. mentoring junior practitioners, leading a specialty stream, contributing to internal training and QA.
-
A team that broadens your thinking. Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, so you're never problem-solving in isolation.
-
Pay that reflects the role, plus a generous motor vehicle allowance.
-
More time off. Option to purchase an extra 4 weeks' leave per year.
