If eligible, your GP (or psychiatrist or paediatrician) will give you a referral and a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP).

BOOK YOUR MENTAL HEALTH APPOINTMENT
Provide your referral and your MHTP when booking your appointment with a mental health social worker.

PAY FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT IN FULL
At your appointment, you'll need to pay the full session fee (this is $210 at Activ8 Mind).

RECEIVE YOUR REBATE ON THE SPOT
After you've paid, our team will process your Medicare rebate of $89.50 to your debit card on the spot.*
