Our behaviour support practitioners provide support to NDIS participants aged 5-65 who are experiencing behaviours of concern. Working collaboratively with partcipants, their support networks and care teams, they take time to understand the reasons behind an individual's behaviour and devise strategies that aim to reduce behaviours of concern and improve quality of life. Our practitioners adopt a neuro-affirming, trauma-informed approach and provide person-centred care that prioritises face-to-face support.
