who will know i'm accessing eap?
Your EAP sessions are 100% confidential -
No one at your company - not even the CEO or MD - will know that you've booked or attended a session.
When you contact us - by phone, email, or through our online referral form - we collect only the essential information we need to support you: your name and a way to contact you. This is a standard professional requirement. Your personal information is kept strictly confidential and is never shared with your employer or anyone at your organisation.
Each quarter, your employer receives a simple, anonymised summary showing the total number of EAP sessions used across the organisation. This report contains no names or identifying details. Instead, each person who accesses the service is assigned a generic number (for example, “Employee 1,” “Employee 2”). This allows us to report on usage while fully protecting your privacy and maintaining complete confidentiality.
