Lead service delivery and innovation initiatives across PBS services -
​
what your day-to-day will involve
-
Driving service excellence and innovation across PBS, ensuring compliance with NDIS and sector standards.

Ensuring day to day service delivery meets quality, compliance and operational standards.

Overseeing and initiating changes to service delivery practices and processes.

Researching and planning the introduction and incorporation of new nice service delivery models relevant to PBS which may include (but are not limited to) early childhood supports, schools programs , domestic violence protocols and forensic PBS services to name a few.

Mentoring and empower PBS practitioners, fostering accountability, growth, and resilience.

Contributing to quality through QA of documents and our internal audit program.

You'll also have a small case load supporting own clients.

In this role, you'll be part of an existing PBS leadership team which comprises a Training & Development Lead, a Compliance & Risk Lead & general supervisors.

Essential requirements
-
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a senior PBS practitioner is required for this position.

Leadership experience with a knack for inspiring others, ideally previous team leader experience in PBS.

A bold thinker who loves turning ideas into actions.
-
Passion for inclusion, diversity and evidence based practice.

Good problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.
-
Bachelor's degree is required for this role.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Own vehicle.
