Lead service delivery and innovation initiatives across PBS services -

​

what your day-to-day will involve

• Driving service excellence and innovation across PBS, ensuring compliance with NDIS and sector standards.

• Ensuring day to day service delivery meets quality, compliance and operational standards.

• Overseeing and initiating changes to service delivery practices and processes.

• Researching and planning the introduction and incorporation of new nice service delivery models relevant to PBS which may include (but are not limited to) early childhood supports, schools programs , domestic violence protocols and forensic PBS services to name a few.

• Mentoring and empower PBS practitioners, fostering accountability, growth, and resilience.

• Contributing to quality through QA of documents and our internal audit program.

• You'll also have a small case load supporting own clients.

In this role, you'll be part of an existing PBS leadership team which comprises a Training & Development Lead, a Compliance & Risk Lead & general supervisors.

Essential requirements 

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a senior PBS practitioner is required for this position.

• Leadership experience with a knack for inspiring others, ideally previous team leader experience in PBS.

• A bold thinker who loves turning ideas into actions.

• Passion for inclusion, diversity and evidence based practice.

• Good problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.

• Bachelor's degree is required for this role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Own vehicle.
