ERGONOMIC WORKSTATION
REVIEW
Providing postural and safety advice for office based workers
Onsite review of a workstation and provision of education, adjustments and advice to specifically target onset of injury and reduction of discomfort or pain symptoms
An ergonomic review will:

Identify the likely causes of any musculoskeletal symptoms

Demonstrate basic stretches and short cuts

Make onsite adjustment to chair, monitor, equipment

Make recommendations for equipment including: chair, workstation, keyboard, monitor, phone, office equipment

Provide a report and checklist outlining recommendations.​​

Reference to AS/NZ S workbench measurements

Review of work organisation procedures and practices, ie: flow, breaks

Recommendations for the Case manager, including details of equipment/aids recommended and source location for easy purchase and procurement

Diagrams and advice on correct posture

Return site visit for any follow up NOT included.
