The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Psychologist to:
-
Lead clinical quality across psychology & counselling
-
Supervise and grow provisional psychologists to full registration
-
Lift capability, confidence and consistency across the team
-
Reduce risk (complaints, burnout, compliance)
-
Help evolve services, frameworks and future offerings
You’ll still have a manageable caseload, but your real impact is multiplying good practice across the whole team.
What You’ll Actually Do
-
Provide high-quality therapy across NDIS, Medicare, WorkCover/RTWSA, EAP & private
-
Deliver Assessment services for clients
-
Be the go-to for complex referrals and clinical decision-making
-
Lead supervision, mentoring, file reviews and capability development
-
Own the provisional psychologist journey (logs, supervision, growth plans)

Improve and evolve policies, templates and clinical systems
-
Roll out at least one new service offering
-
Work closely with leadership and with external senior supervisors - your voice matters here
This Role Is For You If:

You’ve got 5+ years postgrad experience

You’re a Board Approved Supervisor

Predominantly based at our Parkside office

Some limited time at other sites (Parafield etc.)
