Activ8 Mind are here to support you to live more independently and identify the right supports to help you achieve your goals.

Our occupational therapists have the skills, qualifications and experience necessary to provide specialised assessments to ensure the recommended supports, whether therapeutic or technology supports, are the right fit for your needs and abilities. They can also support you with setting up and learning how to use new equipment or technology items ensuring you are able to safely and successfully use your new supports.

Our occupational therapists are able to provide assessments for NDIS participants aged 10 and older and can provide support for individuals living with physical, psychosocial, neurological, sensory, cognitive and/or intellectual disability.​
