We assist with trauma, adjustment disorder, acute stress, depression, anxiety, PTSD, challenging personalities, pain & adjustment following injury

We receive referrals via email from Case Manager , GP/ Specialist VIA referral Paperwork, or noted on workers medical certificate OR for Worksite Assessments, via RWTSA portal

Activ8 Mind practitioners offer a tailored therapeutic and evidenced based service drawing on CBT, ACT, mindfulness, exposure therapy & motivational interviewing, whilst adopting a highly collaborative service model and actively case conferencing with the wider treatment team
