Hi, I'm Robbie

I am delighted to welcome you. With a background in Psychological Science and a vibrant journey over the past three years in various support roles, I’ve gathered a wealth of experience that fuels my passion for making a positive impact.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse group of clients, including individuals with learning disabilities, and developmental disorders such as autism and ADHD, as well as those experiencing mental health challenges like depression, anxiety, and schizoaffective disorders. I also have extensive experience in supporting people with physical disabilities.

My role as a Behaviour Support Practitioner isn’t just a job; it's a commitment to understanding and addressing the unique needs of each person I work with. Outside of this role, I’ve enjoyed positions that allow me to engage with youth in dynamic settings — whether that’s teaching swimming, directing a theatre play, or being a youth worker. These experiences have strengthened my skills in creating supportive, engaging, and fun environments.

I describe myself as fun, attentive, and easy to get along with, and I bring these qualities into every interaction. My goal is always to ensure a comfortable, positive, and supportive space for everyone.
